Harassment Prevention Training for Managers and Supervisors. Comply with AB 1825, AB 2053 to Reduce Your Risk of Harassment Complaints. California legislation (AB 1825) mandates that all employers who employ 50 or more persons must provide Supervisors two hours of training in the prevention of sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment every two years. As of January 1, 2015, new legislation (AB 2053) requires that information on the prevention of abusive conduct also be included as a component of that training and education. This Harassment Training Program provides practical guidance on the steps that should be taken to correct harassing and/or abusive behavior and the consequences for failing to do so.
