Jeffrey Hakim is the Founder and President of Centric Partners - a full service, conflict-free commercial real estate provider. As President, Jeffrey oversees the firm’s strategic direction and serves as a consultant, strategic planner, and provider of specialized brokerage services to his roster of public and private sector clients. Having represented clients in more than 9.5 million square feet of transactions, Jeffrey specializes in assisting his clients with the evaluation of their short and long term real estate and business needs, and implementing solutions to meet clients’ operation and financial goals.
