Since 2017, he has led the growth of a multi-service model including test prep, essay coaching, and specialized consulting. Dale oversees financial strategy, pricing, and service innovation to keep ACA ahead of trends. He’s built a strong consultant team with expertise in STEM, career planning, and selective college admissions. Dale has also secured partnerships with schools, libraries, and civic groups to expand ACA’s reach. Under his leadership, scholars gain admission to top universities and earn millions in scholarships each year. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BA from UT Austin. Dale lives in Austin with his husband, a Harvard-trained anesthesiologist, and their two children, Charlotte and Elliott.
