Monaco Italian Kitchen is the fourth concept by veteran Orange County restaurateur Tony Monaco. Located at Irvine?s Eighteen Main, the full-service restaurant pays homage to traditional Italian cuisine with a modern flair, honed by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider.
