Prior to his appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Mr. Wylegala served as Senior Commercial Officer at the United States Consulate General in Hong Kong from 2008 to 2012.  In over 18 years with the Commercial Service, Andrew Wylegala has held posts in Korea, Mexico, Peru, Ukraine, Germany and Iraq.
