Trees 101 - Irvine's Urban Forest Event
Join the City of Irvine for the first "Trees 101 – Irvine's Urban Forest" event, presented by the City of Irvine Public Works and Transportation Department. Irvine has over 500,000 trees in the City and has received the "Tree City USA" designation for over 30 years! Aaron Reece, Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, and other City staff members will present on the City's Urban Forestry Program and their efforts to maintain, develop and enhance Irvine's Tree Canopy. Hear about Irvine's urban forest's past, present, and future.
