STAX COOKIE BAR SET TO OPEN FIRST LOCATION IN IRVINE
Grand Opening on October 18 to Benefit Local Schools
Stax offers more than a dozen rotating flavors of cookies and brownies daily, all made fresh using organic or gluten free flour and all natural ingredients. The cookies will include traditional chocolate chip and oatmeal pecan, to artisan flavors such as Sesame Green Tea, Lemon Lavender Shortbread, Maple Bacon, Root Beer Float and Gluten-Free Coconut Chocolate Chip.
In addition to its hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches, Stax serves sundaes, milk shakes, malts and specialty desserts such as affogatos in three flavors (freshly brewed espresso served over ice cream) and a Smookie (warm, gooey cookie dough topped with vanilla bean ice cream and hot fudge.)
Stax will donate 20% of sales from the day to IPSF, which underwrites programs to enrich the educational experience for more than 30,000 students in every school in the Irvine Unified School District.
