Monaco Italian Kitchen is the fourth concept by veteran Orange County restaurateur Tony Monaco. Located at Irvine’s Eighteen Main, the full-service restaurant pays homage to traditional Italian cuisine with a modern flair, honed by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider. The menu features classic staples like wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, house-made pastas, high-quality meats, and indulgent desserts, along with regional Italian specialties such as Panuozzo sandwiches. A central wraparound bar showcases a creative craft cocktail program, highlighting Italian varietals, aperitifs, martinis, and more.
