Vivian Shimoyama has directed initiatives for public, non-profit, and private sector organizations, setting strategic vision and managing organization growth, which resulted in economic impact. Dedicated to growing small businesses she heads Shimoyama Enterprise, a consulting firm focused on economic development and accelerating small business growth.

Vivian also built and directed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative for the Southern California Region, and has advised a range of organizations and Fortune 100 companies on total quality and business process improvements, small business programs, and economic inclusion. She is a recognized expert on small businesses and has advocated for thousands of small business owners through local, state, national, and international initiatives.
