Government Affairs Committee

City of Irvine Director of Community Development Pete Carmichael will address business and community leaders convening for the Greater Irvine Chamber's March Government Affairs Committee meeting. Carmichael will discuss new state policies and legislation — including RHNA, changes to CEQA, and Accessory Dwelling Units — and their impact on the city.

The mission of the Government Affairs Committee is to educate the business community on legislative issues that will affect their business and the greater Irvine community. The committee also advocates to and educates elected officials at all levels on the Chamber's public policy positions.
