Foundations of Investing Seminar

Jeffrey Nguyen, an Edward Jones financial advisor in Irvine, is hosting a free 50-minute educational seminar titled "Foundations of Investing" seminar at 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Irvine Chamber of Commerce, 2485 McCabe Way, Irvine, CA 92618.

Fear of the unknown sometimes prevents people from investing in the future. Developing an understanding of the basics simplifies the process of getting started in an investment program. This seminar addresses needs of new investors as well as those needing a refresher.

During the seminar, participants will learn more about:

•       The importance of asset allocation
•       The impact of inflation on your long-term goals
