Emerging Professionals Lunch & Learn

The EPs host programs to meet the needs of today’s young businessperson. Experts in their field, speakers discuss relevant issues and answer questions in a roundtable format. Past topics include "Dress for Success" and "Social Media Networking." Meetings are held quarterly - lunch is included!

Whether you are an employee, an entrepreneur, or in transition, marketing yourself in this day and age takes time, energy, and knowledge. Learn how you can make yourself more effective in your career by developing your personal brand.

Michelle Mallen is a Career Counselor at the UC Irvine Career Center, where she advises students and alumni, administers career assessments, develops and conducts workshops, and ultimately works to help others recognize their own unique skills sets and how they relate to careers.

Michelle received her Bachelors in Anthropology from UCSD and continued her studies in graduate school at UC Davis. After completing her Masters in Anthropology, she decided to change career directions and obtained a Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Career Counseling from California State University, Sacramento.
