The Business Attraction & Retention Committee will launch and sustain a business outreach program and on-going relationships with Irvine companies to encourage retention, growth & expansion.

Lots of planning, promotion and preparation going on! Connecting business needs with education resources, outreaching to businesses, attracting new businesses and empowering our young people as they explore career opportunities are just some of the pro-active projects we are working on.

Get Ready! – April 25 is the next award-winning Business Outreach Rally – targeting information technology companies, this rally is gearing up to be among the largest and most exciting.

Job Discovery Day – successful and powerful, help us make this an annual event so our kids know more about what our companies need and expect.

Career Edge – the Outstanding Program of the Year concluded its series for the school year on April 7. Hear the results and outcomes and work with us to expand the program for the next year.
