\n\nTwo-time stroke survivor\, award-winning author\, motivational speaker\, and Executive Director of \;Southern California Hospice Foundation \;Michelle Wulfesteig \;will open the Greater Irvine Chamber&rsquo\;s \;2020 Women of Influence \;event. \;\n
Wulfestieg has been lauded throughout her distinguished career with a number of awards including \;Outstanding Founder for Orange County&rsquo\;s 2018 National Philanthropy Day\, hosted by the \;Association of Fundraising Professionals\, and she was named one of \;Orange County&rsquo\;s 100 Most Influential \;in 2019 and 2017 by the \;Orange County Register.
\n\nHoping to be an inspiration to those who are struggling\, as she struggled with her own health challenges\, Wulfestieg&rsquo\;s greatest wish is that each human being finds true purpose\, using the gifts they were given to change a life\, to make a difference\, and to do good works.

\n\nNicole Washington will serve as \;Master of Ceremonies \;for the \;Greater Irvine Chamber&rsquo\;s Women of Influence event.

\nIn her current role\, Washington focuses on engaging with strategic partners to increase access for women and underrepresented groups to the Southern California entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

\nShe is the founder and owner of \;Micro Biz Coach®\;\, a firm that focuses on educating the micro- and small- business owner to leverage various aspects of internet technology in their business operations in order to maximize efficiency and to effectively compete with larger businesses. Its clients have been featured on \;CNBC\, \;Fox Business News\, \;TheStreet.com\, and a host of \;Clear Channel \;radio stations.

\nShe is a member of the \;Angel Capital Association \;and the \;Ohio TechAngel Fund\, the second-largest angel investor network in the United States\, where she served as the due diligence team technology lead for several years. Washington currently serves on several boards including that of the \;Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute \;and the \;Samueli Academy Board of Education.\n

The recognition will be awarded to a nominee with demonstrated exemplary professionalism\, a commitment to providing leadership within their community\, and who serves as a mentor or a source of inspiration for other professional women.
