Shepherd\, chairwoman of Decision Toolbox\, a provider of recruitment solutions\, will keep the program rolling as she ushers in a dynamic lineup of speakers with her bold brand of charisma.\n\n\n\nAbout Rosie O'Neill & Sugarfina\n\nO'Neill is a newbie entrepreneur with a major sweet tooth.
