They will discuss best practice techniques that can be used to mitigate the damage imposed by toxic employees\, narcissistic employees\, disengaged employees\, and incompetent employees. Dr. Miller applies his expertise as a clinical psychologist to understanding psychological and emotional processes within organizations\, connections of these processes with health and performance issues in the workplace\, as well as to developing interventions.
