His courses include Leadership Theory\, Staff Development\, Organizational Behavior\, Critical Thinking and Decision-Making\, and Human Resource Planning.\n\n \n\nDr. De La Torre earned a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences at Chapman. In addition\, he is a Lecturer of Management for the College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton\, and an active trainer\, consultant\, and coach for non-profit organizations and SMEs working to develop business management and leadership skills.
