Your opinions and perspectives are essential!\n\nTopics include:\n\n	 Fact\, Fiction & Four Generations in the Workplace: What are the challenges and opportunities and what do you and your companies need to do/know to effectively harness the value of four generations in the workplace? \n	Global Trade and the U.S. National Interests: What are the challenges and opportunities and what can we do to help Irvine companies manage and mitigate shifting alliances\, changing trade arrangements and volatile geo-political engagements?  \n	What Do You Want to Be when You Grow Up?: What do today's middle school and high school students need to know to make a good living and become an integral part of the 21st Century workforce? \n	Irvine's Top Five: What are the Top Five issues Irvine companies will likely face in 2017 and how can the Chamber help them navigate these issues better? \n	I Started a Company\, Now What?: What can the Chamber do to help under-resourced and apparently ill-prepared\, fledging companies survive and grow here? \n	Wealth Generation vs. Company Generation: What can we do to influence more company and job creation rather than company launch and exit strategy? \n	Innovative Sales Development Opportunities: What new formats and models can the Chamber explore to provide more opportunities for members to generate leads for their businesses? \n	Social Media Rules!: How can we better prepare our small businesses to take advantage of social media while not being taken advantage of by social media? \n	Connections=Business: The Chamber is a powerful resource for connections that can develop into business opportunities. What are some of the best methods to making connections through the Chamber and how can you utilize these connections to benefit your business?  \n	Innovative Customer Acquisition: What new tools and methods are businesses using now to acquire new customers and/or retain customers?  \n	OR Bring Your Own Ideas!\n\nRemember: This important EVC Forward Focus replaces all committee meetings usually scheduled for the month of January only.
