DESCRIPTION:Before the holidays\, the BAR is going to welcome new Co-Chair Brian Montes\, launch a new Large Company Outreach Task Force led by Christina Cala and evaluate the results of the Business Outreach Rally survey and new Task Force work in 2017. Survey issues include: traffic conditions\, working relationships with the City departments\, retaining growing businesses in Irvine\,  how to attract new business\, talent acquisition\, what types of businesses we should solicit for Irvine and the Chamber's role in helping startups launch and stay here. All interested Chamber members and business leaders are encouraged to participate   we need your expertise and perspective!\n\n \n\nAll hands on deck   the halls with smart ideas and a lot of holiday cheer (and gifts)! \n\n \nThe Business Attraction & Retention Committee will launch and sustain a business outreach program and on-going relationships with Irvine companies to encourage retention\, growth & expansion.
