The goal: to continue to grow its effectiveness while sustaining its value for Chamber members. We need your ideas and perspective! Rally Mission: to provide businesses with the Chamber resources they need to grow their businesses\; to learn about their business and challenges so we can help with solutions\, and give our members an opportunity to connect with companies for future development. \n\n \n\n	Workforce Development Next Stage\n\nJob Discovery Day\, Career Edge\, Financial Forum and the new Ethics Forum   all these Chamber initiatives are gearing up for a next cycle. We need help building the support system for these valuable programs and crafting them for maximum effectiveness for students.
